About the CoveBalm Serum Skin Tint Balm
What is the CoveBalm Serum Skin Tint Balm?
It is a tinted balm in a stick that combines light, buildable coverage with skin-loving ingredients. It evens out your skin tone, hydrates, and leaves a natural, healthy glow. It works as a skin tint, a light foundation or a concealer.
What ingredients are in it?
The formula includes hydrolyzed collagen, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, centella asiatica extract, jojoba seed oil, vitamin E and beeswax. The full ingredient list is on the product page.
How do I apply it?
Apply directly to your skin or with clean fingertips. Use gentle pressing motions to build coverage where you want it: add a little for a sheer, natural look, or layer more on areas you want to even out.
What coverage and finish does it give?
It gives light to medium, buildable coverage with a silky, natural, radiant finish. It feels weightless on the skin and blends easily.
Which shades are available and how do I choose mine?
There are 6 shades: Shade 1 Deep, Shade 2 Medium Deep, Shade 3 Medium, Shade 4 Light, Shade 5 Fair and Shade 6 Light Medium. Since it is a tint, it adapts to your skin tone. Is it suitable for all skin types and sensitive skin?
The formula is creamy and moisturizing, and it is made to feel comfortable on most skin. Everyone's skin is different, so we recommend a patch test on your inner arm or jawline before first use. If you have allergies, very sensitive skin or a skin condition, check the ingredient list and consult your doctor first.
Is it waterproof and long-lasting?
It is designed to be long-lasting and water-resistant. Wear time depends on your skin type, the weather and your routine. For extra staying power, you can set it with a light dusting of powder.
Can I use it as a concealer or on my whole face?
Yes. Use it all over for an even skin tone, or dab it only on areas you want to cover, like redness, dark spots or under the eyes.
Is it vegan?
No. The formula contains beeswax and hydrolyzed collagen, so it is not vegan.
How big is it and how long does it last?
Each stick contains 18 g (0.63 oz). It has a shelf life of 3 years when stored unopened, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Is it easy to travel with?
Yes. The compact stick format is easy to carry in a bag or use on the go, with no brush or sponge needed.
How do I remove it?
Remove it with your usual cleanser or makeup remover at the end of the day.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 5 to 10 business days.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order within the USA.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use our Track my order page.
Orders and Payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@kailinya.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted, secure checkout. We never store your card details.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 90 days from delivery to return unopened products for a refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
