Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update after you receive it.

Multiple Items

Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra for this.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us right away if you notice a mistake.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days from the ship date, contact us at contact@kailinya.com and we'll investigate and resolve it.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can send a replacement or refund.
